Construction competition deposit: $25,000.00. (Upon completion of on-site construction build out phase, an additional $25,000.00 is due. Equipment delivery, set-up and training will not begin until this amount is paid.)

Additional notes concerning our business terms:
- The initial acquisition fee will hold the standard package price for a period of 90 days.
- The project completion date will follow the time line as negotiated and included in the project document package. If you prefer to have certain construction elements handled by another contractor (or accomplish some of the project elements yourself), this must be arranged prior to finalizing the contract.
- The standard price listed on this website is subject to change without notice.
- The business terms as indicated above have some flexibility and may be modified (such as when a lending institution is involved) to meet your needs. In cases such as this, the business terms as included within the contract you sign will take precedence over the business terms indicated above.
