Self-service and full-service … Equipment makes a Copy Center!

The Copy Café business model includes the core equipment required to operate a full service copy center. The standard equipment package for a Copy Café includes equipment for both self-service and full-service applications and use.

The self-service equipment is located in front of the counter for metered and charged use by consumers on a per copy basis. If the internet cafe option is selected, the consumer can print to a machine using the computer network provided as part of that option.  The quantity of copies (or prints) is metered at the main counter, recorded and charged, with discounts being applied as appropriate.

The full-service equipment is located behind the counter for use by you and your staff for production jobs and charged to the client as appropriate based on quantity and/or time, depending upon the nature of the project.

The equipment provided as a standard in our package includes;

2 – High speed commercial grade digital copiers, each complete with a reversing automatic document feeder, full duplex capability and a document finisher which includes hole punch and stapler functions.  As an additional feature, a print controller is included to allow high speed printing and black and white digital scanning capabilities.  Digital scanning and high-speed archiving is a highly profitable business opportunity and these machines will accomplish this task at amazing speed.

2 – Commercial grade full color digital copiers, each complete with reversing automatic document feeder and full duplex capability.  As an additional feature, a print controller is included to allow high speed printing of documents and full-color digital scanning.  Digital color scanning is also a profitable business opportunity and these machines accomplish the task with incredible speed and accuracy.

The Copy Café package also includes almost everything else needed to build a successful business, just add your staff’s talents and enthusiasm.  Items including property location and lease negotiation, site design, build out construction and employee and management training are also included as elements in the contract; each adjusted as you see fit.

During the month of May and June we can completely outfit a Copy Café for as low as $84,995.00*.

The Copy Café business owner has the ability to select from a number of optional features. Here are a few of the more popular options;

Internet Café.   This option expands the office services portion of the Copy Café business model by placing a 10 foot computer counter in the self service area.  This option comes complete with 2 Computer Systems and 1 laptop Station.  These computers will be connected to the Copy Café high speed internet and will also be networked to the full service Copy Café print controllers.

Pack and Ship; This option expands the office services portion of the Copy Café business model by including a lowered counter section to accommodate packaging, a commercial grade scale, a generous supply of boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts and packaging tape.  When this option is selected, the Copy Café business owner has taken the first step in becoming an authorized shipping center for UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service.

Custom Build-Out; This group of options allows the Copy Café business owner to select a wide range of properties and modify the property as they deem appropriate for the purposes of achieving the aesthetic appeal required to attract local clients.  As an example, some markets require an expanded internet café, while others more floor space.  Every market and every owner is different, therefore every Copy Café has its own unique flavor.  Accommodations can be made to meet your needs and fill your dreams.  Just ask us.
